Terms and Conditions: Big Movies
The user accepts and agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions when accessing and using the services provided by Big Movies. The users need to be updated with our Terms and Conditions.
The information provided by the customers shall be correct and accurate.
Tickets and food once purchased cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded. Ticket holders are required to abide by the policies laid down by BIG MOVIES Management.
In case of reservations, ticket get deactivated an hour prior to the show, customers need to collect their tickets an hour prior to the show from the Box Office.
Children below the age of 16 years cannot be admitted for movies rated 'A' or unless otherwise mentioned in the movie Censor Certificate. Customers need to carry ID specifying age for movies rated 'A'.
Children above 3 feet will require a separate ticket.
Ticket prices may vary as per the policy of BIG Movies.
In case of loss or damage of 3D Glasses, customers are chargeable as per individual cinema policies.
Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the cinema premises.
Customer under influence of alcohol or visibly intoxicated might not get admission or will be requested to leave the BIG MOVIES premises.
Entry is allowed only for valid ticket holders.
In case a ticket is lost or misplaced, a duplicate ticket will be issued only if the customer is aware of their show time and the seats number.
BigMovies management is not responsible for the theft or loss of personal belongings.
Unauthorized filming of movies using a camera, mobile phones, tablets, etc. is strictly prohibited inside the Big Movies theatres and such acts may be punishable offense.
BIG MOVIES shall not be liable for any incident caused of act of God, insurrection or civil disorder, war or military operations, national or local emergency, compliance of any kind including fire, lighting, explosion, flood, subsistence, weather of exceptional severity or any event outside of its reasonable control.
Bigmovies is not responsible for parking at the mall. The parking charges are reserved by the parking management, which is a separate entity.
Decision(s) taken by Big Movies shall be final and binding.
Terms and Conditions: Online Purchase/Users
Any transactions made from third party payment vendor is subjected to standard and specified terms and conditions mentioned by that particular vendor.
Any transactions made from third party payment vendor might have ticket issue which must be informed to the payment gateway and visit my tickets to verify the payment and re-download tickets.
Transaction failed shall take 48 hours to be refunded after informed by the customer or payment vendors.
Online tickets might be transferred to other if your credentials is shared, and BIG Movies is not responsible for any duplicate entries.
Any email mistakenly entered before confirmation of tickets cannot be changed.
BIGMOVIES have full right to suspend the account cancel the tickets if any suspicious activities are visible.
Terms and Conditions: BIG Loyalty Program
Welcome to BIG Movies Loyalty Reward Program. We are indeed thankful for choosing us & being our member.
Please use this loyalty card on every visit you make to BIG Movies to receive the points as specified under the terms & conditions
BIG MOVIES is a free loyalty program. Customers can register in the program by filling up the form provided at BIG Movies premises.
By registering with BIG MOVIES program, registered customers shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted all applicable Terms and Conditions set here forth.
BIG MOVIES grants registered customers a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable authorization to access and use loyalty Offers and loyalty software platform.
In case of loss or damage of your card, please kindly inform us & Rs. 150 charge will be applicable for the replacement of new card. Your available points will be added in the new card.
Loyalty Points are non-refundable and non-transferable. Points will not be awarded if tickets are redeemed by means of a Complementary Pass, reward tickets or any other free ticket promotions.
Registered customers agree to the condition that they are the sole responsible party for all consequences arising from the submission of inaccurate, incomplete and/or insufficient information during the registration process.
Registration will continue uninterrupted unless either party (BIG MOVIES or registered customer) provide a notice of termination to the other. After end of the notice period, registration shall be terminated and concerned customer will no longer be entitled to access or use the loyalty points.
For purposes of clarity, registered customers can terminate their BIG MOVIES loyalty account at any time. Upon termination concerned customer will no longer be entitled to access or use any of the loyalty points
BIG Loyalty points
Customers can gather loyalty points by purchasing movie tickets at BIG MOVIES cinema theaters.
You can earn (1) points for every 1 Rupee spent at Box Office (limit of 5 tickets per day). For example, if you purchase 1 ticket @ Rs. 350 then your total earned points will be 350.
Loyalty points are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable.
Maximum reward points earned by customer is bind with BIG Movies policy.
User who wants to replace their card must mention all the details correctly with the old card number and its details.
Customers registered online or card linked with their account are eligible for the program, in case of previous or continued BIG loyalty program, the email accounts that match in BIG loyalty Program will have their loyalty points automatically transferred to BIG loyalty program.

Redemption of BIG loyalty Points
BIG MOVIES loyalty point’s redemption shall be governed by BIG MOVIES’s Terms and Conditions.
Customers can claim Loyalty points as equivalent to 3500 points for 1 Ticket.
Loyalty points may not be exchanged for cash or food.
Online customer with 3500 points are eligible for the program, but he/she must present the card to redeem the point at physical location.
